Monaco Apartments includes 4 spacious apartments, located in the adjacent Primula condominium, in the central pedestrian area of Via Udine and a few steps from the sea, 2 apartments in the Sun Beach condominium, located on the seafront in Viale Gorizia, with exclusive views of Terrazza a Mare and 2 new apartments in the Venice condominium, located in Via Tolmezzo, in the heart of Lignano Sabbiadoro.

Monaco Apartments offers a holiday with all the freedom of an apartment solution, but combined with the exclusive comforts of the Hotel.
The price includes exclusive services such as Beach service (1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds) at bathroom 4 or 5, or at bathroom 7 for the Venice condominium, 1 parking space, free bicycles service upon reservation.

Not included in the price:

deposit of € 300,00 to be paid in cash upon arrival;
City tax to be paid directly on site in cash (€ 1,00 per person per day from 12 years of age, for the first 10 consecutive nights)
final cleaning At the guest's expense. It can be purchased for a minimum of € 50,00.
