
Chef Rudi Santuz and his team offer you a Mediterranean and International menu, produced with love and passion. Our gastronomical concept is linked to a particular philosophy that we have called “Green”, using row products cultivated in our Territory.
The Chef elaborates all dishes with the least possible waste of ingredients and energy in order to respect the raw materials and the environmental protection.

Chef Rudi Santuz has been working with Suites Hotel Monaco for 20 years: he was very young when he started his adventure at the helm of Hotel’s kitchen. Year by year Chef Rudi has been proposing a simple and light cuisine but always up to date using first quality products of the territory. During his career, Chef Rudi took part to lots of world competitions among 2 Olympics, 2 World Championship, 1 italian Internationl championship, 2 World Cups and 3 European Cups with great results: 3 bronze, 5 silver and 1 gold medals.
At our guests’ disposal there are two possibilities:
• Menù a la carte
• Menu of the day with a choice of starters, three first dishes, three second courses and dessert of the day at the price of € 30,00 per person (drinks not included)
Lunch: from 12.30 to 14.30 - Dinner: from 19.30 to 21.30
To ensure the maximum efficiency of our restaurant service, the reservation is kindly required till 11.00 a.m. for lunch and till 6.00 p.m. for dinner.
